Within organizations the coordination of business activities and the management of the knowledge they mobilize is increasingly supported by ICT applications. A deep understanding of the interplay between organizational and technological issues is a skill that prospective professionals should possess to find the most effective solutions in any given organizational context.
The Summer School is promoted by the PhD School of Computer Science of the University of Milano-Bicocca and by the “European Society of Social Embedded Technologies”. The aim of the School is to gather Ph.D. students as well as Post‐Doctoral researchers (from Italian and foreign Universities and Research Centres) for a residential intensive one-week program allowing them to acquire knowledge about methods and technologies to face the aforementioned issues on the basis of a solid theoretical background.
